Job Description:
In today?s technology based world, we are often the first point of contact a customer will have with our dealership. First impression is everything! Must be professional over email and phone.
The primary purpose of the Internet Representative?s job is to drive traffic for the store. They will do so by assisting customers in their vehicle selection via the internet and phone. Equal parts customer service and sales.
The Internet Representative handles all incoming internet inquiries. They will answer all questions, provide vehicle options, and pricing.
Complete necessary training to remain current on dealership products including vehicle models, aftermarket options, and warranty information.
Thorough follow-up with all customers required.
Complete necessary training to remain current on dealership products including but not limited to: vehicle models, aftermarket options, and warranty information.
Sales and process training provided upon hire.
Weekly salary provided, primarily commission based.
Skills/Requirements
Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
Time management and organization skills required.
Must have ability to multi-task.
Able to set and attain individual goals in an effort to contribute to overall department and dealership goals.
