HOME HEALHT RN and AIDE
To The Rescue Home Health is seeking enthusiastic, qualified candidates to join our team. Our accredited agency is growing and selecting qualified candidates to serve our patients in a professional, compassionate and team based manner. All candidates for each position must, at a minimum, meet the following criteria:
Have basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
Possess and maintain an active driver?s license without restrictions; have reliable transportation.
Possess the maturity and ability to deal effectively with the demands of the job.
Be flexible, reliable, and have the ability to follow through with processes as educated to meet the agencies goals and reach the best patient outcomes.
REGISTERED NURSE
Status: Part-time/Full-time Days: Monday-Friday Hours: Flexible scheduling.
No On-Call
Nurse Position Summary:
The Registered Nurse iis part of a healthcare team (patient, family, nurse, physician, therapist and others as applicable) that work together to help our patients reach and maintain their highest level of independence with the goal to remain safe at home. Along with other duties, the nurse will perform direct care skilled visits according to the physician plan of care orders, complete comprehensive patient assessments, develop a plan of care in coordination with the healthcare team and communicate effectively to meet the patient needs. The nurse will insure that services are delivered according to licensing guidelines, professional medical standards and agency policies and procedures.
Nurse :
Required: Must be Iowa licensed as a RN with at least 1 year of experience.
Preferred: Home Health Care experience.
Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.
HOME HEALTH AIDE/C.N.A.:
Status: PRN/Part-time aide Days: Monday-Friday Hours: Visits are primarily scheduled 7 am-5 pm
Aide Position Summary: Provides direct care to our patients that includes daily tasks of living such as bathing, dressing and supportive Range of Motion exercises. This position may also include some light housekeeping duties such as laundry, vacuuming, dusting and meal preparation.
