Microsoft Retail Store in Des Moines, IA at Jordan Creek Center is looking for enthusiastic, motivated *Part-time Product Advisors (sales associate). As a product advisor at Microsoft, you will gain experience in Sales Consulting for both public and B2B sales, 1:1 consulting and workshop skills, as well as participating in community outreach and events, all while working face to face in a familiar retail environment. Please apply if you have...
Proven retail sales, hospitality or high-level customer service experience.
Superior customer service/people rapport building skills, both 1:1 and in a group environment.
Ability to work minimum 20 hours a week
Ability to work weekends
Cherry on top...
Experience selling technology or other consumer products a major plus, but not required.
Passion for and usage of Microsoft products and an excitement for all technology a huge plus.
