Recruiter Job Opening in Metairie, Louisiana - Advantage Medical Professionals is seeking a diligent, quality-minded Recruiter to meet the evolving needs of our Nurse Contract/Travel Division and recruit top quality Registered Nurses for our industry. Since the demand for travel nurses continues to increase, the purpose of this Inside Sales role will be to execute the recruitment process by successfully identifying, screening and credentialing qualified candidates. We are looking for a positive, go-getter with excellent communication skills who shares our core values and commitment.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
Outbound calling and emailing new and existing nurse leads
Utilizing multiple recruitment sites to attract top-quality talent
Posting opportunities on job boards/forum sites
Communicating and recruiting through various social media platforms
Screening and credentialing clinical field staff
Building and establishing strong relationships and retention with nurses
:
1-2 years inside sales and/or recruiting experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
Professional phone etiquette and cold calling skills
Computer experience including proficiency in Microsoft Office
Familiarity with social media outlets and online networking (, Facebook, online forums, job sites, etc.)
Ability to concurrently work on multiple projects at one time
Basic organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
Highly self-motivated, ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Can function in a fast paced environment and perform effectively under pressure
