LPN Medication Manager Job Opening in Lafayette, Louisiana - Colonial Oaks Memory Care and Colonial Oaks Assisted Living are senior care communities in Lafayette. We are now interviewing for two full-time LPNs, 12-hour shift 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Our Medication Managers administer medications and oversee the wellness of our residents, and communicate with families and other healthcare professionals.
We offer vacation, sick leave, and a very affordable health plan. This position requires a minimum of one year experience in assisted living, long-term care environment, or hospice experience. Supervisory and memory care experience is a plus. The selected candidate will have excellent communication skills. Must possess a current license to practice as an LPN in Louisiana.
