Senior Benefits Analyst Job Opening in Bowling Green, Kentucky - Med Center Health is currently seeking an expert level human resources professional with a strong background in benefit plan design and administration for the position of Senior Benefits Strategist. Employing over 3,500 individuals with 6 hospital facilities, Med Center Health is Southcentral Kentucky?s healthcare leader, providing a full range of medical and non-medical services to individuals and businesses.
Under limited oversight, the Senior Strategist provides a high level of benefit plan consultation, guidance and direction in the day to day management of assigned Med Center Health benefit programs. Leads the Open Enrollment and Special Enrollment programs and serves as the lead contact to internal and external benefit plan auditors.
The successful candidate must have three years Human Resources experience with significant exposure in benefit plan design, day to day administration, consulting with employees, leadership and benefit providers and in creating effective employee benefit plan communications. A Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field is required. CEBS or CCP certification is highly desired.
