Located in the Baptist Health Human Resources department in Louisville, KY, the Workday Systems Analyst will have a thorough understanding of technical aspects of the HRIS system and understand project lifecycle, how to identify issues, propose reasonable solutions, and the context in which the project falls within the group and overall organization. Manages internal customer relationships while maintaining reasonable expectations. Works independently and with teams on complex tasks. Presents information and responds to questions as a subject matter expert.
Requires a minimum of a Bachelor?s degree and four years related experience, or two years direct experience in lieu of a degree. Incumbent must be able to produce high quality results while working on multiple projects simultaneously. Should be highly organized and possess strong analytical skills to ensure that problems can be effective resolved. Workday experience preferred.
