The goal of the Sales Executive / Partner is to establish strong business relationships with Employer Groups, Third Party Administrators,municipalities, Unions, Associations, Agents, and other Self-insured groups. Sales Executive will work anywhere in the USA, By phone or in person, to offer the full range of PBM services of Script Claim.**Primary Duties:
*Identify viable prospects and secure meeting with key decision makers
* Maintain up to date documentation of prospects and all sales activities
* At close of sale, clearly be able to define terms of commitments to client for internal departments
* Responsible for follow-up on open meetings and outstanding quotes to close the deal.
* Maintain open lines of communication with management, client base, vendor base.
* Work with Sales, Quoting and Client Service staff members to encourage business growth, and personal development.
* Work with Client Services Team to understand status of group?s performance and annual renewals.
* Works with Quoting Department, Sales Department, assist on RFPs or other bids/proposals when necessary
* Proactively keeps themselves educated on industry changes, trends, etc. and accurately represents this to client base and/or agent base
**Experience Required:
* 2-5 years sales experience in the healthcare industry; PBM industry a strong plus
* In-depth knowledge of self funded industry, products, services
* Must be able to work flexible work hours when necessary
* Willing to travel
* Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Must be proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointry
* Excellent work ethic and energy level
* Solid time management abilities
