Customer Service/ Scheduling Job Opening in new haven, Connecticut - Customer Service/ Scheduling Budget Dry Waterproofing, an established family owned and operated sales and service company has an excellent opportunity for an experienced customer service rep/ scheduler in our sales office. This person will have heavy customer contact via phone and email, scheduling customer appointments for 5 salespeople, 5 service technicians, and 3 installation crews. We seek an energetic, detail oriented individual to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision. This individual must be able to multi-task and have basic Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency. QuickBooks proficiency and an understanding of traffic patterns throughout the state would be helpful.
