Flagstaff Loan Originator / Sale Associate Job Opening in Flagstaff, Arizona - Scottsdale based real estate private lender is looking to hire a Flagstaff based Loan Originator to manage current borrower relationships in Northern Arizona in addition to prospecting and building new borrower relationships with real estate investors and real estate developers to help grow the business. We are looking for a hungry, dedicated salesperson that wants to help build a growing company. The Loan Originator will manage the Northern Arizona markets including Flagstaff, Prescott, Sedona, and surrounding markets.
The Loan Originator will be in charge of converting prospects and existing relationships into borrowers/new loans. This will require strong interpersonal communication skills, an education on the loan process, a knowledge on all of the company?s products and services, and knowledge on the Flagstaff real estate market. Additionally, the representative will be responsible for educating prospective borrowers, either personally or in a public setting, on the company?s loan programs, and to attend networking events and other real estate related functions to cultivate new borrower relationships.
REQUIREMENTS:
Sale Experience
Real Estate Experience Preferred, but not required
Microsoft Office Proficient (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Mortgage Loan Originators License (if not currently held, this will need to be obtained in the first 30 days of employment)
Real Estate license preferred by not required
Compensation ? this will mostly be incentive based and will be based off of production; commission draw ranging from $30-40K (annually) depending on applicant?s level of experience with incentives that allow for potential to earn $100,000, or more, annually.
