Tax Senior Job Opening in Cincinnati, Ohio - PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparation or review of federal, state and local income tax returns for individuals and businesses. Manage multiple client relationships with direct interaction with clients. Candidate will handle day to day tax questions as they arise and engage in year end tax planning. Business entities are primarily S corporations and LLCs across many different industries including manufacturing, restaurant/retail, distribution, and health care.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Proficient with tax compliance matters including corporate, LLC, S corporation, and individual income tax returns
Process oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
Proven ability to work both individually as well as collaboratively within a team setting
Strong technology skills including tax software, electronic workpapers, and Microsoft Office
Excellent research and documentation skills
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Detail oriented to ensure quality of work product
Strong accounting skills
Commitment to the Firm's core values by modeling appropriate behaviors and acting with respect and integrity in interactions inside and outside of the Firm
Perform routine duties independently, setting priorities and scheduling own work in accordance with established and general policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS
B.A. degree in accounting required, masters degree or continuing coursework is preferred
3 - 4 years of public accounting experience is preferred
CPA license or working to achieve that objective

Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent client relationship and business development skills
Valid Driver?s License required
