An employee owned distributor of building products, is looking for a self-motivated Building Products Specialist. Need someone creative, organized and self-starting to promote specialty building products to Builders, Subcontractors, Code Officials, and Consultants. Strong Presentation and networking skills are imperative
Primary Responsibility
Develop marketing strategies that create downstream demand while expanding the customer base
Provide educational seminars, including product presentations to a variety of customers and market influencers
Instruct field installation training, customer certification training and provide jobsite observation news
Organize sales events and participate in trade shows
Job Qualifications
2 years experience in Building Products
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Strong planning, follow-up, and closing skills
Experience with technical and consultative selling
