JOB OVERVIEW:
The sales process of our products requires demonstration and detailed explanations. Patience, energy and salesmanship are key elements for success.
COMPENSATION:
Pay is hourly base (based on experience) PLUS Commission.
Combined, the average sales associate can easily make a a good income and have fun doing it!
QUALIFICATIONS:
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to build relationships with customers
Ability to connect and have fun with kids as well as adults
Well-developed computer skills essential; must be a skilled user of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, POS system and Word.
We hire on personality. Shy people need not apply.
Be able to lift 20lbs.
Work schedule requires a combination of days, evening and weekend/holiday work.
Ability to work directly with the ?Store Manager? to grow Yogibo revenues and develop a great team.
Desire to grow personally to help grow Yogibo.
