Our company is seeking experienced Sales Consultants to join our Media Sales team. We?re looking for a dedicated professional with a proven track record of helping businesses increase their sales numbers with a consultative and advisory approach. We are a steadily growing firm with a talented sales professionals. Because of our growth, we need a sales professional who can usher us into the next phase of our development and ensure that we continually meet our sales quotes on a monthly basis. We are looking for a highly motivated, goal oriented and committed person who is effective in time management, outgoing, and works at high efficiency level to get the most out of the day. Requirements of the Outside Sales Representative:
Outside sales performer with a proven track record of growing and maintaining business.
Create positive and lasting relationships with our existing client base and manage their needs as well as uncover opportunities for more growth
Prior success managing a senior account list of top clients
Consultative sales approach. Listening and asking questions with ease is a must.
Self-starter, sense of urgency, and ability to work independently inside and outside a bustling sales office are all required.
Meet the weekly goal of new opportunities with prospects by cold calling and implementing next steps with sales process
Strong closing, negotiations, presentation and creative thinking skills
Ongoing training on resources and utilization for maximum success and performance
Well planned week of a full schedule consisting of appointments on existing and new opportunities
Daily updates of traction and next steps in CRM tool
Weekly administrational duties include forecasting of revenue opportunities, reporting on collection, pipeline traction, and traffic department related communication and execution of steps.
High level of follow up and accountability with day to day activities tied to account transaction with client as well as company members
weekly meetings with manager and staff meeting as well as training
Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
Sales Consultant skills
3+ years? experience in inbound/outbound sales role
Bachelor?s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Availability to work 40-50 hours per week depending on demand
Excellent computer and software skills required
Prior income of $50,000
Experience with advertising, television, multi-media, digital & mobile is a HUGE PLUS. Not required if you are the perfect candidate.
