Telemarketing will be an integral part of growing our revenues in the Denton and Collin County markets. This position will report directly to the owner/President of the company. We have seen tremendous success on our telemarketing efforts thus far and look forward to growing our team.
Candidates for this position will have great communication skills and feel comfortable interacting and selling by telephone. This position can be based here in our office or at home or anywhere. Candidates will be judged on their ability to convert conversations to appointments and or sales where applicable.
Job Description:
Telemarketing to local businesses and individuals as identified by the team. These will include various business segments that we know can drive business to the organization.
Calls can be completed in any location. Including home, office or anywhere.
Scripting will be designed to help our candidates with their success rate. Will not however be mandated. Just used as a starter.
Must be a self motivator. These positions have unlimited earning potential. But remain 100% commissionable. Base salaries can be discussed depending on experience and location.
Everything you sell, every lead you produce, every appointment gained in which business is closed will money paid to you! Also comfort agreement sales etc. These commissions can also be ongoing. Ranging from 2% to 9% depending on what you sell. No Cap!
This position can be full or part time. These positions will also earn a part of each transaction that occurs with all sales team members depending on how business was found. Let us show you how to supplement your income!
Job Requirements:
Have a happy pleasant phone voice
Be a self motivator
Proficient at Microsoft Office
Experience with sales data bases
Don't be frustrated when someone says no. No means maybe. Maybe means yes.
Be home office motivated, or be willing to work in an office environment.
Weekly sales reports are mandatory.
Goals for daily production and closing of appointments can be measured.
Flexible Hours are available. Work when you want!
