Commercial Insurance Sales / Producer Job Opening Job Opening in Dallas, Texas - Growing North Dallas Agency is looking for a smart, hardworking and ambitious sales professional capable of selling to mid-size or larger companies. Agency specializes in commercial insurance and surety bonding with a focus on the construction industry. Initial base pay plus commission splits starting out, eventually transitioning to standard commission program. New producer will receive mentorship from Senior Producer/Partner and the agency will provide comprehensive insurance producer training and surety bond training. Industry experience is a plus but not required. Candidate must be self-motivated, willing to learn, adapt and sell. Generate new sales leads
Gather necessary information in support of the insurance and bond quoting process
Present and close quote proposals to new business opportunities
Develop relationships and network with centers of influence
REQUIREMENTS:
Property and Casualty License or within 30 days of hire
Desire to continually learn new products, services and procedures
Excellent communications skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
