Rolfson Oil is seeking an experienced, proven and well connected oil & gas outside sales representative to join our team in (market).
Founded in 1985, Rolfson Oil is a premier supplier of diesel and other fuels and fueling services to oil and gas customers including but not limited to drilling rigs, fracs, and production sites as well as service companies, trucking company fleets and more.
Rolfson delivers superior value to its customers by leveraging our exclusive fueling technologies, adhering to a rigorous set of product and service quality standards, and expertly building and maintaining strong client relationships that drive our industry leading customer retention and growth rates.
The successful candidate for this position will:
Leverage her/his existing relationships in the local oil & gas market to land and grow new fueling accounts.
Develop and maintain quality relationships with customers to ensure consistent order volume, referrals and customer satisfaction.
On a daily basis, strategically maximize the quantity of quality, in-person customer interactions to retain customers, drive order volume and identify new prospects.
Learn, understand and leverage key elements of the Rolfson value proposition and how to apply by customer type appropriately to drive results.
Identify and rank strategic prospects, plan customer visits, and employ time management techniques effectively to build, maintain, follow up and close a sales pipeline comprised of various deal sizes and types to ensure consistent results.
Understand customer and marketplace dynamics and successfully apply the sales process from prospecting to identifying and overcoming objections to closing sales and maintaining ongoing orders and relationships.
Identify / plan client entertainment and additional methods to build, expand and strengthen personal and brand relationships with clients.
The oilfield is a dynamic, 24/7 environment. Successful reps are available to customers during and outside regular business hours to take orders, address questions and obtain updates.
