The ideal candidate must have for this role:
Have established relationships with flooring retailers, builders, commercial contractors, and architects
Knowledge of flooring products such as ceramic tile, wood, LVP, and carpet
Self-motivated with the drive to obtain results while under minimal supervision
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak in front of others
Maintain a positive, professional, constructive attitude as a team player
Ability to manage difficult or emotional customer and employee situations
Must be proficient on a PC, including Word and Excel
Dependable, prompt and reliable.
Follow instruction and take direction, yet offer solutions and progressive ideas that would improve profitability and/or efficiency
Effectively manage time, set schedule, and prioritize activities
Additional requirements:
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
Frequent travel throughout the state
