Community Liaison (Baltimore County) Job Opening in Baltimore, Maryland - Active Day of Baltimore provides seniors and disabled adults in Baltimore County with high quality adult day health services. The center is part of the Senior Care/Active Day company, the leading provider of adult day medical care in the US.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to act as our ambassador in the community, building relationships in the community with physicians, case managers and social service professionals. They will be responsible for meeting membership goals at the center. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone to join a high-performing, growing company.
Responsibilities:
Build positive, lead-generating relationships with professionals in the community
Maintain data base of prospects and follow through to conversion to membership
Promote the center within the community to create awareness of the service
Be a positive and trusted resource to both community and healthcare professionals
Meet monthly membership and overall enrollment goals
Effectively track flow of business for use in planning effective strategies
Communicate effectively with Executive Director and Regional Director of Operations regarding the sales & marketing results
Qualifications:
Two years of customer relations and/or sales experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
A passion for working with the elderly and disabled population
Strong analytical and presentation skills, along with great closing skills
Proficiency in computer and data entry skills
