Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Support Sales staff on the floor by continually coaching, motivating, and training
Perform weekly continuous training sessions
Observe sales associates and give concise feedback for continuous improvement
Develop individual sales goals
Motivate, coach, and train sales associates to achieve set sales goals
Conduct daily sales meetings, including but not limited to introduction of new product, modification of product, price updates, discontinued product, and upcoming promotions
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
3-5 years Retail Sales Management experience with a Big Box retailer
Proven track record of meeting financial objectives
Ability to execute plans and strategies
Ability to positively lead, mentor and drive a successful sales team
Proven experience in a commissioned sales environment
Excellent communication and listening skills
