Bakery Manager Job Opening in seattle, Washington - Bakery Manager Mighty-O Donuts is a local, organic bakery, located south of Green Lake. We are seeking a Bakery Manager to be a part of our growing team. You will be a practical manager who can communicate our values and direct operations clearly and honestly. You must be comfortable taking initiative and confident in leading others. The right candidate will be hands on, very organized, have exceptional people skills, excellent computer skills, at least three years of management experience (preferably in a bakery/cafe), a positive attitude towards the organic food movement, and a willingness to help all aspects of Mighty-O grow responsibly and successfully. Qualifications and Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to): * Manage the overall operation of the bakery including retail and wholesale bakes * Back up and support our retail and distribution managers * Ability to produce our product and effectively train staff * Maintain/improve quality and standards * Manage labor cost, purchasing and sales growth * At least three years as a successful staff manager, preferably in the food/baking industry * An understanding of working in a small, high energy business that requires flexibility and action under pressure.
