We have an immediate need for a customer-service driven Account Manager, capable of managing and developing client relationships to ensure successful and timely completion of projects. Assist in identifying new revenue opportunities within existing client base as well as new accounts. ? Maintain expert knowledge of target line of business and the IT industry in general. Ensure that this knowledge is used to full effect within Metia. ? The Account Manager may manage Account Executives as needed. Budget responsibility The Account Manager, in participation with the Account Director, has a responsibility to ensure activities implemented as part of a client program are: ? Estimated appropriately ? Implemented within budget ? Invoiced accurately and promptly The Account Manager will also have a financial performance component for their accounts. Revenue generation ? Maintain and identify additional revenue opportunities in area of responsibility ? Ensure service levels match income Resource Management ? Ensure resources are appropriately allocated to match client requirements, work loads, new business opportunities and personal development Quality customer service and value for money ? Develop and maintain client relationships with allocated accounts ? Maintain understanding of your client?s business and their customers ? Meet agreed client deadlines and proactively manage client expectations and delivery ? Meet agreed Metia and client reporting requirements usually monthly including budget status as appropriate ? Ensure clients are invoiced appropriately and on time for retainers and projects Job Qualifications: ? Bachelors degree (or relevant work experience) required ? 3+ years relevant industry work experience preferred. Ideally, work experience will be in technology and particular lines of business ? Program Management experience ? Solid skills ? Excellent presentation skills ? Business computer skills ?
