Healthcare Executive Assistant Job Opening in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania - Location: Philadelphia, PA
The Role:
Exciting healthcare start-up located in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a motivated and tech savvy full-time executive assistant to support the CEO, COO and office administration.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Scheduling interviews and meetings
Maintaining contact lists
Proactively preparing CEO and COO for the days, weeks, and months to come by ensuring all necessary information is easily accessible.
Maintaining an ever-changing calendar for CEO and COO
Arranging corporate travel and meetings; developing itineraries and agendas; arranging lodging and meeting accommodations.
Overseeing office activities, and serving as the primary office liaison contact.
Completes projects and special assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, gaining cooperation of others, monitoring progress, problem-solving, making adjustments to plans.
Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; implementing changes.
Enhances CEO, COO, and company reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Manage email correspondence to ensure accuracy in a timely manner.
Manage client requests
Event Coordination
Social media management
Required Experience:
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
* 2+ years of specialized executive administrative support experience of an increasingly responsible nature.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong proficiency with Google Apps.
*Tech-savvy
*Start-up experience a plus
Skills and Qualifications:
Candidate will be self-motivated, highly organized, proactive, with high self-confidence.
Candidate will have great presentation skills, decision making skills, meeting management skills, written communication, able to inform others and gain their cooperation.
Candidate will maintain client relationships, promote process improvement, and prioritize tasks,
Familiar with scheduling & calendar management, travel logistics, meeting management.
