Our Green-certified, floor solutions company is seeking an experienced salesperson in the care and restoration of commercial architectural finishes, such as stone, metal, wood, ceramic, and carpet. Floor Innovations is a privately owned and growing company looking for a superior sales professional who wants to join a quality-driven, high-retention service business.
The tasks are:
prospect leads and develop new business relationships
sell to accounts
manage and grow these accounts in the greater Chicago areas
The focus is on selling ongoing service contracts to facilities managers at Fortune 1000 firms and property management organizations. In addition to developing and stewarding maintenance programs in hard surface floor types and architectural finish restoration, we also provide carpet and upholstery maintenance programs for these Fortune 1000 commercial accounts. You can learn more about us at . An ideal candidate will be self-directed and a self-starter, with demonstrated success and eagerness for prospecting and building relationships. We are looking for a sales professional, with ample experience working with stone, metal, and wood, or involving similar or equivalent products, and who wants to build his/her career in a high-retention company. You should have at least 5 years of experience in business to business sales.
This is a salary plus commission position with expense reimbursement. We offer medical benefits, including dental and vision, 3-weeks? paid vacation, holidays, company-paid life insurance, STD/LTD, and an employer-matching IRA plan. Starting base salary contingent on experience, with the ability to increase your compensation significantly based on superior performance. We expect the successful candidate to earn in excess of $100,000 by his or her third year.
