This position is geared towards serving the customer and improving the overall "experience". We strive to leave the patient smiling while maintaining the goal of 1-call resolution.
The starting base rate range is $30,000-$38,000/year (based upon education, experience, industry knowledge). The max compensation potential for this position for year one is up to $45,000/year (factors: base hourly rate, monthly performance-based bonus program, and over-time opportunities). Health benefits, a 401K option, and PTO (paid time off) are available for all full-time employees.
