Arrowood at Southwestern, one of Pittsburgh?s best kept secrets, in the South Hills is growing and seeking to hire a Move-In Coordinator. Do you love working with people? Are you passionate in meeting the healthcare and life style needs of individuals? Now is your chance to make a difference! The successful candidate will report to the Administrator and be responsible for:
Senior Living internal sales and public relation functions to meet and exceed monthly goals.
Pre-move in, move-in day and post move-in functions and services.
Interacting with prospects and leads using professional selling skills.
Assisting with key referral partner interactions, mailings and correspondence, and preparation of sales packets.
Delivery of quality and dependable customer service through customer centered process with close interaction with Arrowood department managers and staff.
Develop and maintain relationships with and generates leads through resident, family and medical and non-medical professional referral sources.
Maintain working knowledge of local market trends and competitors.
Respond to inquiries from referral partners and assist prospective residents and their family in the decision-making process.
Maintain data/records.
* Qualifications
Minimum of two years of sales experience (healthcare or real estate).
Proven ability to generate and close a high percentage of qualified leads.
Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Computer experience required with ability to use lead management programs/CRM systems.
Must be available to work flexible hours
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Ability
EDUCATION: High school diploma or GED is required.
EXPERIENCE: Sufficient education in order to perform daily tasks with an understanding of the duties involved with previous work experience in sales and marketing.
