SCM/DevOps Consultant Job Opening in New York, New York - SCM/DevOps consultant SCM migration experience
o In-depth knowledge of a few SCM tools
o Experience with workflow design
o Transition to Git
Provide ?white glove? services to Client teams transitioning to Git;
Train-the-trainer model to work with team leads to redefine workflows to utilize Git in the best way for each team;
Transition from existing SCM tools to Git, including basic Git training;
Whiteboard and test out new workflows;
Ensure team is enabled to complete the transition and ?own it? after the training sessions;
Perform work on-site at various worldwide Client engineering offices.
? DevOps Consulting
o Automation
o Strong preference for Ansible knowledge
o AWS management;
o Provide infrastructure automation expertise;
o Managing Jira servers;
o Assist in disaster recovery tasks for internal systems;
o Strong Linux experience
