Sales Consultant Job Opening in Mesa, Arizona - We are seeking a Intake Consultant who can greet potential clients over the phone, by email, and in person. This is a critical position in our firm, as this person is the ?first impression? of who we are and what we stand for.
Responsibilities
? Greet, meet, and call potential and current Clients to sell them on our services.
? Interact daily with clients by phone + email
? Provide administrative support for team projects
? Obtain client testimonials after services
? Assist in management of client database, adding and updating contacts as required
? Manage email inbox and respond timely
? Finalize client contracts
? Schedule and ensure payment plans are processed on-time and successfully
? Assist in resolving client billing issues
