Commercial Sales Associate Job Opening in Phoenix, Arizona - We are looking for a self-motivated and outgoing individual looking for a challenging opportunity to serve the Phoenix commercial market as a Commercial Sales Associate (CSA). The CSA will seek out and meet with potential business customers to introduce CertaPro as a solution for their painting needs. Individuals with a history of cradle-to-grave sales, from prospecting to closing, will find this a challenging and rewarding position with realistic, high-income potential.
Our ideal candidate is a driven and motivated "people person" with at least two (2) years of marketing or sales experience. He or she must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong presentation skills, and have his or her own vehicle to use on the job. A college degree and industry knowledge are preferred. Fluent English speaking and writing skills, good time management skills, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position. QUALIFICATIONS
4-year degree preferred (not required)
Minimum 2 years? sales experience
Previous service business experience desired
Strong interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Strong verbal/written skills, to include proof-reading and basic math skills
B2B, commercial sales experience
Goal oriented
History of accomplishments and promotions
Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
