Position Summary

This position will develop and implements Soccer team sales plans for current and future business in Arizona. Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning sales opportunities in your Territory
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Provide/assists in setting up new first touch templates with information and pricing maintain their sales targets and inventory volume levels that the GM has provided at the start of the year.
Oversee the ordering of all first touch product that is requested by SKU LABS reports.
Meet with vendor reps to review new and current styles that are in the 2017 line and beyond.
Create marketing opportunities with the help of the cad department within the team business targeting club, high school and college business with online, print, and email notifications. Responsible for all FUTURE orders within the club business ensuring orders are placed and delivered within the appropriate timeframes. with the input from the VP of Sales/Sales Director
Identify new key markets and create a plan within the Soccer stop budgets to grow and service the business.
Oversee all pricing that is offered to current and new business with standardized pricing that keeps Soccer Stop profitable.
Speaks with General Manager & Sales Director once a week to discuss sales updates and any new budget requests.
Monitors competition by gathering information on pricing and current business practices.
Identify vendor inventory holes and research other avenues to receive products (SASSR).
Plan team business quarterly with targets, objectives and pursue new business for that period. With Sales Director
Work with and restructure new club contracts when expiring and re-visit current contracts to ensure that the content of those contracts are being followed. With the input from General Manager and Sales Director.
Seeking out new opportunities constantly with both stand-alone and chain accounts within established region.
Meet sales goals and objectives assigned by Sales Director.
Preparing a variety of sales status reports that include activity, follow-up, closings, and adherence to targets.
Handling customer clients as well as identifying and resolving their concerns.
Communicating new service and product opportunities, feedback, special developments, or information collected during field activity to proper company staff.
Preparing schedules and action plans to identify particular targets and list the clients contact numbers.
Presenting and selling company services and products to current and prospective clients.
Follow up on referrals and new leads resulting after field activity.
Developing and maintaining the existing product knowledge and sales materials.
Preparing proposals, presentations, and sales contracts. With input of the General Manager & Sales Director.
Establishing and maintaining new and established client relationships.
Coordinating shipping programs and managing delivery of company products and services.
Managing account services through follow-up and quality checks.
Developing and implementing special sales activities in order to reduce stock.
Coordinating with company staff to achieve the work required in closing up sales.
Assisting in the execution of marketing plans of company as required.

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Able to understand, implement and adhere to internal and policies and procedures
Must be computer literate with accurate keyboarding skills; previous experience with a document inventory control system preferred
Must be able to lift 75 pounds
Work Relationships & Scope
Reports to V.P Sales with cross-reporting to the company President. This employee is expected to follow all safety rules. The employee is encouraged to make suggestions for the improvement of rules and operations related to this role. Sales Representative shall secure the approval of the V.P. of Sales and or Company President in making decisions when policies/processes are not clear and further explanation is needed.
Educational Requirements
Degree in sales and marketing related fields preferred but not required..
Related sales experience.
