Sales Management Leader?s Responsibilities:
Obtain enrollments, service accounts, train and manage health coach/enrollment specialists and representatives by planning and organizing daily work schedules (includes calling on potential sales outlets and other sales venues; enrollment scheduling; and coaching scheduling). Study philosophy and protocols of health education taught
Keep company informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysis.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in study clubs or other events sponsored by the company.
