Inside Sales Representative Job Opening in Phoenix, Arizona - Do you possess the ?gift of gab?? Are you a zen master in the art of people skills? WebPT is on the lookout for an all-star EMR Sales Representative who will be responsible for selling the WebPT application to prospective rehab therapy clinics across the United States. You?ll channel your fluency in interpersonal skills?and maybe a little flare for showmanship?to convert prospects into customers by demonstrating the application and its importance to rehab therapists and their businesses.
Responsibilities
Conduct online presentations to educate clinics on the benefits of using WebPT.
Prepare and present proposals to clarify all cost commitments.
Close like a clutch, ninth-inning pitcher coming into a World Series game with a one-run lead?and do it every time.
Manage the sales pipeline using Salesforce.
Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting.
Follow up with prospects to address questions and objections.
Work with the Marketing team on email campaigns to nurture prospects and help close sales.
Handle the closing process including member signup, integration requirements, and hand-off to the onboarding team.
Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance adhering to all HIPAA regulations.
Respond to sales leads in a prompt and professional manner.
Abilities and Knowledge
Excellent presentation skills.
Be a true salesperson?one who?s resourceful, results-oriented, hands-on, accustomed to working with a team, and comfortable contacting and, more importantly, connecting with customers.
Great teaching skills - have the ability to effectively, positively and confidentially communicate the benefits of our product to potential customers.
Have fluency in SalesForce. We?re not saying you need to be a Jedi when it comes to the Force?SalesForce, that is?but basic knowledge is a must.
Love sales funnels (maybe even more than funnel cakes), and know how to shake ?em up if necessary.
Be organized, ahead of schedule, communicative, and accountable?in short, own your role entirely, while being open to critiques, suggestions, and new ideas.
Exude confidence. Know your stuff and talk about it accurately and honestly.
Be more than a mouthpiece. Actively listen to prospects and customers, and intelligently overcome objections while developing meaningful relationships.
Rock the mic like a vandal?not just in karaoke, but in all forms of communication (i.e., communicate effectively over the phone and via email).
Education and ExperienceRequired:
At least three years of sales experience to new accounts
At least one year of experience using Salesforce
Preferred:
Software sales experience
Healthcare sales experience
Online presentations and product demonstrations
Bachelor's degree
