Our client is a multinational company with an extensive experience in the Construction Products and Building Materials sectors.
As the perfect match for this role, you should possess previous solid Commercial and Sales experience, as your responsibilities will include:
Propose the commercial plan activities of the management team for the segments and geographical area under its responsibility in order to ensure local implementation of the company?s global segment;
Manage big accounts and regular visits to clients across the North America;
Prospection of new clients, build rapport and strong relationships with clients;
Support the answers to customer requests, with regard to product specifications, prices, availability and shipment of samples, coordinating with the General Manager in order to ensure a prompt and quick response to customer needs;
Identify and develop joint solutions, together with the customer?s or partner?s technical teams, ensuring the technical knowledge of the ?s properties.
Additionally, you must be Results oriented (KPIs), capacity to negotiate and you should display excellent communication and presentation skills, solid leadership competencies, customer orientation, ability to prioritize and to work autonomously and a strong capacity to adapt to the demands of the business .
Academic Background:
Degree (mandatory)
Civil Engineering (preferable) or other engineering areas.
To be successful in this role, you must have minimum 3 years? experience on technical solutions sales, proven background in similar technical solution providers, experience dealing with distributors and show motivation and passion about Sales and Negotiation.
