PCG is a public adjusting firm, meaning that we assist and advocate for people who have experienced property damage to help them recover from their loss through the insurance claims process.
Qualifications:
Outside sales experience (strongly preferred but not absolutely necessary).
Outgoing, self-motivated personality.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel (AL area).
Strong relationship building skills.
Quick learner with teachable spirit.
Proven track-record of past performance (references required).
Former knowledge of insurance, construction, or restoration industries is highly beneficial, but not required. PCG will provide sales training and materials.
Compensation:
This position is commission based. Meaning, your performance is directly linked to your paycheck. The earning potential is uncapped. Six figure, first year income is a reasonable expectation. Principal Claims Group LLC is a loss consultant and appraisal firm (also known as a public adjusting firm) dedicated to achieving outstanding results by representing the interests of the policyholder in settling their property insurance claim.
Public adjusters, such as those with Principal Claims Group have special training in appraising, preparing and negotiating property damage and business interruption of losses from which we help the policyholders recover include fire, windstorm, flood, hail, earthquake, structural collapse and more.
