JOB DESCRIPTION :
Sell and promote the agency services in the community.
Knowledgeable in the agency rules and regulations
Propose services and institute contractual agreements with clients.
Maintain an up-to-date competitive file
Build sales within assigned area according to goals.
Maintain written documentation relating to all sales activity.
Protect all company records and property.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
3 years of home care sales experience with a proven track record.
Must have established relationships with referral sources in designated sales area.
Must have a valid driver's license with appropriate auto insurance.
Must be able to communicate clearly and comprehend written and verbal communications along with reasonable computer skills.
If you personally know doctors, hospital discharge planners, trust officers, fiduciaries, case managers or other professionals who interact with seniors, that is an immediate plus!
