We are searching for a part-time Accounting Clerk to support accounts receivable and accounts payable functions. Hours are flexible and expected to be 20-24 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
Assist with accounts receivable collections.
Communicate with customers regarding balances.
Reconcile accounts receivable customer balances.
Respond to customers regarding account discrepancies.
Enter accounts receivable check, wire, and credit card receipts.
Enter accounts payable bills.
Properly organize and file accounts receivable and accounts payable workpaper.
Assist with other accounting functions as needed.
Qualifications:
2+ years experience in accounting.
AA or higher in Accounting.
Experience with Macola software is a plus.
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $12.00 to $15.00 /hour
