We are looking for a dynamic individual who would like to join our professional, extraordinary team, and are seeking an Accounting Clerk.
Job functions:
Ø Enters, edits, and retrieves data; processes forms such as expenditure claims, deposit forms, cash logs, purchase requests and online supply orders.
Ø Balance and maintain accurate ledgers
Ø Match purchase orders with invoices
Ø Coordinate bank deposits and report financial results on a regular basis to management
Ø Monitor office expenses and tally and enter cash receipts
Ø Pay vendor invoices and track bank account balances
Ø Develop monthly financial statements, including cash flow, profit and loss statements and balance sheets
