JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a motivated, positive, success driven candidate to join our team! Your duties will include updating and maintaining accurate records of ledgers, invoices, expense reports, and logs for accounts payable and accounts receivable. You will also compile data to prepare a variety of reports such as asset, liability, and capital account entries. If you are ready to join a winning team then look no further!

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education and Experience :
High School Diploma or GED required
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Competency in Google G Suite applications, including Gmail, Calendar, Sheets and Docs
Experience in QuickBooks is a must
Requires at least 1 year of experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
Organizational skills is a must
Detail oriented and ability to multi task is an asset
Time management and organizational skills
Honesty and integrity
Attention to detail
Principles of business letter writing and report preparation
Problem solving capabilities
Office procedures, methods, and equipment including computers and scanners
Pertinent federal, state and local codes, laws and regulations
Methods and techniques of analyzing general ledgers and preparing journal entries
Demonstrates leadership skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
WORKING CONDITIONS
Work Environment :
A climate controlled, contact center environment ? filled with amazing people, incredible career opportunities and the occasional costume contest
Constant usage of phone and computer systems
Physical Demands :
Constant sedentary work. You?ll typically be sitting for most of the time, so be sure get up and stretch occasionally. Your circulatory system will thank you.
Ability to lift a pool cue, putt a golf ball, and/or press arcade game buttons rapidly enough to defeat your enemies.
