Bento Homes LLC seeks a Director of Sales to head its sales team in Honolulu. Bento Homes is a design and development group that was formed to sell modular Accessory Dwelling Units in Honolulu Hawaii. We work with homeowners to design and deliver high quality, pre permitted, modular units that are specifically designed for the islands.
Duties Include
Manage a commission based sales staff
Manage our honolulu showroom
Oversee client resource management software
Manage local marketing campaigns
Interface with our national marketing and design staff
Generate leads and distribute to the sales staff
Participate and lead marketing events and press conferences.
