Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Job Responsibilities:
The inside sales representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious new customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. In addition they will cross train to learn many critical roles as they prepare to take the next step within the company. This individual must consistently provide excellent communication with our partners and internal team to ensure outstanding customer service. The inside sales representative must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day in order to generate qualified prospects as well as a number of other lead generating activities.
Job Duties:
Sources new sales opportunities via warm and cold sales leads.
Generate additional business opportunities through conducting research into key verticals.
Perform product demonstrations via the web.
Document daily activities via (CRM) software. Salesforce experience is a plus.
Exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly quotas.
Effectively manage relationships between Sonic Alert and prospects by providing outstanding customer support.
Cross train with other departments to further develop within the organization.
Responsible for ensuring that all customer orders are executed accurately with proper documentation.
Provide accurate opportunity details and sales forecasting.
Follow all processes, procedures and policies to ensure quality standards are met.
Understand the client's goals, challenges and future plans for growth in order to help fuel product development.
Provide excellent two-way communication to provide clear client expectations.
Drive company initiatives in addition to everyday responsibilities.
Deliver weekly reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing.
Attend off-site conferences and meetings when needed.
Maintain an outstanding knowledge of Sonic Alert product
Requirements:
A positive, hardworking attitude.
2 years of inside sales experience.
Detail oriented, with strong organizational skills.
Motivated, goal oriented, and persistent.
Demonstrates a high level of integrity and works well in a team environment.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Takes initiative and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction.
Undergraduate degree in business preferred.
Ability to adjust to change and work with new technology.
Embodies an entrepreneurial spirt and thinks outside the box.
