Account Executive/Outside Sales Job Opening in Holland, Michigan - An Account Executive will be responsible for building a strong client base and identifying new sales opportunities through prospecting. This position will drive the sales process from initial contact to signed contract and create a tailored sales approach for each prospective client through discovery and needs analysis.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Understand client needs and establish long-lasting, successful business relationships * Manage monthly appointment activity and sales calls * Educate customers on our service and solution portfolio * Market and leverage our vendor/distribution channel partnerships to ensure best value, pricing and support for customers * Work with sales and engineering to ensure customers are being taken care of.
Requirements include but are not limited to: * 2+ years of previous B2B selling experience * 4 year degree * High level of commitment to exceptional customer service and relationship building * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Strong problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills * Ability to work both individually and in a team environment * Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast paced and constantly changing environment * Proficiency in MS Office tools -- Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
