Job Opening in Elkhart, Indiana - Team-T Engineered Solutions is an Independent, full-service sales agency headquartered in North Ridgeville, OH. Our primary product focus includes engineered , specialty fasteners, and various territory management/business development and marketing services for the manufacturers and suppliers we represent. Team-T covers OH, MI, IN, KY, WV, and western PA.
In an effort to continue our growth, we are seeking to add entrepreneurial minded individuals to increase sales, and better service our customers. The details of this opportunity are as follows:
Position Title: Territory Manager - Independent Sales Contractor -1099 Position
Position Location: Successful candidate will work from a home-based office
Responsibilities: The successful candidate will promote and sell fasteners, engineered , and industrial solutions, as offered by the companies represented by Team-T Engineered Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for all sales activity within his/her assigned territory.
Compensation: Commissions are earned for any/all sales within the assigned accounts.
Hours: As this is an independent contractor position, the hours are flexible.
Requirements:
Excellent Communication Skills
A Personal Computer
A minimum of 3 to 5 years industrial sales
A phone
A home office
Must be able to work independently with little supervision
Reliable Transportation as there is a great deal of travel within the territory.
The ability to manage a sales territory
Knowledge of the OEM/MRO/Industrial Supply industries.
Must currently reside in the designated territory.
