What the job entails:
You will be building a relationship with potential students who want to change the way they live (we sell Real Estate Investment Education that works).
Dialing warm leads that have already purchased an introductory product that expresses their interest in learning how to invest without risking their own money or credit.
Following up with potential students who didn?t have the money initially (follow up and organization are key).
Creating emotion through the phone to take your students brain to a positive place where they believe that they can be successful.
Picking up the phone to make money (don?t apply unless you have sold over the phone).
Job Requirements:
1+ years of experience in sales over the phone
You must have had proven success in Real Estate Investment Education phone sales.
You must be coachable (we have the best sales management in the business).
Must be able to switch gears (must be equipped with more than just a hammer).
Proficient computer skills required.
Articulate with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Must have integrity! (We don?t care if you are a superstar if you like to cut corners).
Care about the clients you sell/help (our sale is a process not an event).
You must have polished face to face consultative sales experience.
You must be able to travel overnight 4 days, 5 times a year for Seminar Sales.
Compensation and Benefits:
Our top sales reps are making $100K Plus with uncapped commissions vs. draw.
Average reps typically earn $50,000 to $75,000 in their first year as they ramp up.
