Engel Haus is seeking a full time Coordinator of Clinical Services. This position is responsible for supervising clinical staff including RN, LPN?s and NAR?s and ensuring that staff are trained according to organizational policies and procedures. Ensure that the facility remains in compliance with current regulations and standards. Oversees nursing budget. Ability to collaborate with other healthcare professionals, institutions, and agencies. Excellent communication and organization skills required. Knowledgeable of Home Care requirements and regulations required. Three to five years experience as a RN preferred. Minimum of one year in a supervisory role required. Prior experience in Geriatric Nursing a plus. Current MN RN license required.
