Accounts Receivable/Hiring/Social Media Marketing Job Opening in Portland, Oregon - We have a very unique position available for the right person to join our team immediately!
Rinella Produce is located in the heart of Portland, OR. A local, family-owned company since 1914, Rinella Produce is known for our quality customer service, knowledgeable sales people and friendly delivery drivers! We need the right person to assist in the success of our office, the heart of our company!
This position is somewhat flexible, but would be Monday-Friday between 30-40 hours a week. Start time is flexible, but would need to begin by 10:30am. The position would include handling accounts receivables and communicating with our clients regarding their accounts. It would also include assisting in social media marketing including posting on Facebook and Instagram, interacting with our customers online, overseeing YELP reviews, etc. It would also include assisting with interviewing and hiring of delivery drivers, warehouse workers, etc.
Qualifications:
-50wpm typing a minimum.
-High school diploma.
-Attention to detail.
-Accounting experience is a plus, but not required.
-Clean criminal history. No Felonies; some misdemeanors may be accepted. A background check will be made.
-The ability to pass a drug screen.
-Fluent English is a requirement. Speaking, understanding, writing and reading are all a must.
-Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required.
-A friendly, helpful, positive, can-do attitude. Patience with our customers and great customer service.
-CARE for your work, the company and our customers.
-The ability to maintain relationships and problem solve quickly.
-The ability to clearly and precisely fill out paperwork.
