Requirements:
Experience in this field and possess quality skills to motivate and mentor other nursing staff to provide quality care to our residents.
Possess active Delaware C.N.A. certification.
Must have experience working with residents, in a Short/Long Term atmosphere.
Flexible, & open to helping others.
Be able to successfully pass all pre-employment background & drug tests.
Full and Part time positions available.
