Administrative Assistant Job Opening in Fort Myers, Florida - Mertz Taggart is looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties include providing support to our Managing Partners, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company?s general administrative activities.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls.
Coordinate travel and logistics for trade shows.
Implement and monitor programs as directed by management.
Research business owner contact information.
Assist in developing confidential information memoranda.
Coordinate documentation flow for prospective and existing clients. Ensure everything is properly filed electronically using both DropBox and Citrix Sharefile, as appropriate.
Build, maintain, update Salesforce CRM system.
Research and track industry transaction information.
Order and maintain office supplies, as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
:
Minimum of 5 years work experience required.
Detail-oriented.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Customer service-oriented.
Must be able to multi-task.
Maintains confidentiality pertaining to clients.
Self starter who is able to work independently.
Must possess strong Microsoft skills such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of CRM systems ? ideally Salesforce.
High school diploma.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $16.00 to $18.00 /hour
