Job responsibilities and requirements include, but are not limited to:
Positive, friendly, energetic attitude is a must!
Build & manage the company's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, , and additional channels that are relevant.
Work alongside other marketers and content managers to help distribute content that educates our audience and supports marketing goals.
Create custom marketing materials for our agents, including flyers & brochures.
Manage various email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, and content used in our email send.
Collaborate with teammates to support our website design and content marketing (blog, social media assets, and more).
Manage/create other design needs such as presentations, signage, and trade show collateral as needed.
Proactively scope and present new ideas to improve our digital presence for prospects, leads, and agents.
Graphic design, Photoshop and/or Adobe experience is preferred
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
