Tom's Outdoor Living - Outside Sales Rep Job Opening in tulsa, Oklahoma - Tom's Outdoor Living - Outside Sales Rep Outside Sales Rep for Landscape and Lawn Maintenance Services Title: Outside Sales Representative Reports to: Director of Operations Based at: Tom's Outdoor Living with job duties performed in various locations throughout the Tulsa Metro area, to include occasional long distance travel. Job purpose: Sales and Lead Generation Job Summary: Tom?s Outdoor Living is actively searching for an Outside Sales Professional that has a proven history of sales success in developing new business. The primary scope of the position is to establish contacts and sell the value of our landscape and maintenance services. This candidate will be adept at qualifying and disqualifying sales leads through a proven sales process. Requirements will include: experience selling maintenance contracts, estimating work, and building service agreements. Landscape industry experience a plus but not required but the desire to learn the industry is. Job Tasks: Maintaining and growing existing accounts Pursues new business; growing sales through aggressive customer development activities Identifies leads Records minutes of sales meetings Prepares estimates and scope of work; including creating Landscape Design Drawings and Sales Proposals Presents estimates and designs to clients Works directly with Landscape Project Manager / Maintenance Project Manager on sold jobs to task each step and assure job is performed as committed to client Upon job completion, does final job review and exit interview with customer Creates accurate and timely reports for management Education Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus sales related experience required Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: Energetic and motivated to success Dependable transportation / valid driver's license and know how to drive a truck Professional Demeanor and ability to represent Tom's Outdoor Living well to the customer Excellent follow through and communication skills Basic computer and technological skills for internal communication standards Ability to complete standard sales and management reports Defining Superior Performance: A backlog that meets or exceeds predetermined monthly budgets Accurate and timely reports submitted Satisfied Customers How to Apply Contact: Thad Cardwell Email: Phone: : x.x.x Please submit your resume for our consideration.
