Executive and Regional Directors Job Opening in Wichita, Kansas - Are you ready to launch your career into new heights? This is a Regional Director position with an amazing company providing AMAZING services for those in need!
Incumbent will be responsible for oversight of all operations within a given territory/region; including implementation of ResCare Policies and Procedures, strategic management and growth planning, quality assurance, and financial initiatives. Participates as a member of the Regional Operational Management team reporting directly to the Regional President. Responsible for assisting in the strategic planning process. Ultimately responsible for the day to day operations, including financial, internal quality outcomes, employee relations, external quality outcomes, and compliance with local, state, and federal law.
REQUIREMENTS :
Have working knowledgeable of all funding sources for all service sites supervised
Monitor the development and implementation of ResCare?s annual Strategic Plan for span of control.
Monitor the development and implementation of the annual Strategic Plan for each service site supervised.
Oversee the development of the annual operating and capital budget for each service site supervised.
Ensure each service site supervised continually meets their written budgeted staffing plan.
Ensure days outstanding (DSO) hits targets that are set for each service sites supervised.
Ensure 100% implementation of all company accounting policies.
Ensure property management controls are implemented.
Ensure the successful implementation of business initiatives ? PCard, PHH, Phone service, Business Technology.
Provide leadership in the implementation of ResCare Legacy & Stars (Quality), BIC and EDOM.
Ensure each service site supervised develops and fully implements a targeted recruitment and retention plan.
Ensure company Human Resources policies are implemented; including ensuring Recruitment and Retention Plans are followed by your operations.
Maintain a clear understanding of company compensation and benefit plans.
Ensure each service site supervised has a written compensation plan.
Ensure that all company training curriculums are implemented.
Ensure a written work improvement plan is implemented for any direct report not meeting performance expectations.
Hire, supervise, reward, discipline, and evaluate all direct reports timely and effectively.
Provide all necessary support to agencies to ensure full implementation of Best in Class.
Ensure Best in Class ?Business Administration? is conducted two times per year as assigned.
Ensure all service sites are in compliance with all state and federal regulations without punitive actions.
Ensure all regulatory review reports are sent to the Regional Office for database entry.
Ensure all ResCare and state serious incident processes are followed.
Ensure all reporting requirements are met.
Develop a written internal growth plan for the assigned area.
Implement succession planning for this position and all Administrators.
Oversee new business opportunities and state development.
Develop and maintain contacts with state legislators and other state and local political leaders.
Develop a written internal plan to be the expert for each assigned area.
Develop a written reimbursement system for each assigned area.
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS :
Requires the ability for strategic management at an executive level, working knowledge of Residential Services industry, knowledge of financial and business principles with previous profit and loss responsibility.
Requires strong oral and written communication skills, the ability to develop functional teams in multi-site operations and possess excellent public relations skills.
Education:
A bachelor's degree is required; Master's Degree is highly preferred. Must have at least 10 years management experience, five years senior management experience in the healthcare field or similar qualifications from other industries.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Prefer Licensed Social Worker, Licensed Administrator, or similar certificates and/or licenses, based on state requirements.
